I feel like I have opened up a new found awareness. Every time something happens that I feel bad about, I try to shift the mindset and acknowledge that people external to me's actions actually don't have anything to do with me.

A 26-year-old state-level batter was technically sharp but mentally fragile — often making starts but crumbling after 20–30 runs. The pressure to “prove himself” early in the innings hijacked his clarity.
We applied the State Is Everything model to help him prime his mind before each innings, and built a Flow Trigger Map to establish consistency in his pre-ball routines. He also used Prysm for real-time mental resets between overs.
